Identifying and quantifying risk is essential to good decision-making regarding the design and construction of buildings. Building owners, developers, designers, contractors, insurers, and lenders all require this information. Typical services include:

  • Assessment of designs for building enclosure performance risk.
  • Post-construction review of building enclosure performance.
  • Assistance in claims investigation, litigation support, and implementation of repairs to resolve claims.

These basic services have led to RDH being retained to develop and implement quality assurance and quality control programs, prepare design standards, and conduct building enclosure training sessions for a variety of owner, designer, and contractor groups.
