During the construction phase, RDH monitors the work of trade contractors and coordinates their work with owner requirements. We maintain a full-time superintendent at the site. We conduct regularly-scheduled progress meetings with the owners’ representative and trades in attendance. Minutes from these meetings are recorded and made available for distribution.

Throughout the process, we monitor the schedule and budget, and make recommendations for corrective action if required. A variety of other issues are attended to including the complete oversight of any change orders, the review of payments to contractors, and the issuance of Certifications of Completion.
