

RDH’s management of the construction work begins prior to construction.
RDH begins by confirming site layout and utilization as well as construction logistics. We conduct pre-bid meetings with trade contractors and define scopes of work to interested bidders. These meeting also help us to gather costing information from the trades. RDH develops a detailed construction schedule and the cost control program. A myriad of other factors are planned for such as the need for any casual labour, temporary site supplies such as scaffolding, insurance and bonding. RDH prepares multiple bid packages and then analyzes and awards the bids.
