The software includes a comprehensive suite of reports with photos, graphs, financial tables and other media-rich data to help owners and managers make informed decisions.

The software provides a means for building owners and property managers to monitor and track the physical and financial health of their buildings. Some of these features include:

Depending on the client’s resources, the software can be administered by the facility manager, homeowner association or by RDH.  It can store documents and information on all assets and print a variety of reports.
