- Rainscreen window wall.
- Exterior-insulated rainscreen stucco.
- New PTAC units installed in each suite.
- New cladding was added to building and then old original glazing was removed. The original curtain wall framing remained in place behind the new cladding.
- After the first full year of operation with the new cladding and window assemblies, the owners realized an annual savings of $100,000 in utility costs.
