- Building enclosure rehabilitation of a 10-suite 3- and 4-storey condominium building. All enclosure assemblies including walls, balconies, decks, exterior walkways, and roofs.
- Walls were rehabilitated as rainscreen assemblies with stucco cladding, and windows and doors were replaced.
- New projecting roofs with standing seam metal roofing were added at many locations to provide protection to wall areas and reduce exposure to wetting.
- Guardrail attachments were revised to avoid the need to fasten posts through the horizontal membrane surface of the balcony or deck.
