- A building enclosure rehabilitation of a 50-unit townhouse complex. Exterior walls were rehabilitated as rainscreen wall assemblies with vinyl siding cladding. Roof shingles were replaced, and new roof overhangs were added at gable walls that previously did not have protection.
- A new below-grade drainage system was installed in order to address water ingress at crawlspaces. In addition, the suite mechanical ventilation and heating systems were upgraded to improve indoor environmental conditions and to provide conditioned air to the crawlspaces.
