- 3- and 4-storey wood-framed condominium building with 42 suites.
- Targeted rehabilitation of balconies, decks, and exposed wall areas.
- In addition to problems of water ingress, wood trim features were in poor condition. These were replaced with more durable EIFS trim features.
- Wood-framed balcony guardrails were replaced with aluminum rails designed to have the appearance of the original rails.
