- OSU College Inn is a dormitory building of cast-in-place concrete construction. The building had been vacant for some time and OSU desired to update and renovate the building.
- RDH provided design consultation to Lorig, the owner’s representative and Mahlum Architects related to roof membrane and window replacement options and exterior wall coatings. RDH supported Mahlum through the design and value engineering phases of the project by providing input on detailing, product selection, and in-place mock-ups and testing.
- Exterior renovations included new windows (better thermal performance), roof membrane and insulation replacement, and complete exterior painting.
