- Localized rehabilitation of balconies and adjoining wall area.
- A high level of attention was paid to ensure rehabilitated areas blended visually with retained areas. Interfaces between new and existing cladding were concealed with rainwater leaders.
- As a result, the overall appearance is of a completely rehabilitated complex. This was achieved at considerably less cost that would have been required if all areas were rehabilitated.
