- Strapped cavity rainscreen walls with stucco Hardi siding and masonry cladding.
- New aluminum-framed windows.
- New BUR roof.
- New sloped metal roofs.
- Project combined building enclosure rehabilitation with interior renovations and a mechanical upgrade.
- RDH acted as prime consultants and worked with B. Gordon Hlynsky Architect Inc. and Hainz Consulting.
- Exterior walls were rehabilitated and new roof overhangs were added at projecting bays.
- Painted cementitious siding was used at protected wall areas and stucco cladding in more exposed locations.
