- Building enclosure rehabilitation of a 6-unit townhouse complex in Vancouver. In addition to rehabilitating all building enclosure assemblies, the elevational treatment of the building was redesigned to remove a number of problematic features and to update its appearance. New roof overhangs were added and a number of balconies were enclosed. The original stucco cladding was replaced with a combination of new rainscreen stucco and cedar siding. A new fire protection sprinkler system was installed permitting the removal of a wood-framed fire escape stair.
- Prior to proceeding with the rehabilitation project, the feasibility of redeveloping the site was also investigated. Schematic designs and associated budgets were prepared for a number of alternative scenarios.
