- 31-storey Abbott Building, 10 non-market and 21 market residential.
- 10-storey Hastings Building, four for the SFU School of Contemporary Arts and six single non-market residential housing.
- 6-storey Heritage Building, which will include restoration of the historic 1903 Woodward’s department store for commercial and childcare occupancy.
- Use/Occupancy: Market and non-market residential, commercial, and institutional
- Restoration of two elevations of the historic Woodward’s building. This includes repair of the unreinforced masonry, restoration of wood windows, and installation of new replica wood windows.
- Exterior walls of the new buildings are primarily window wall, architectural concrete, and rainscreen masonry veneer.
