The waterproofing system consists of fully welded sheet pile walls tied into bentonite sheet waterproofing below the concrete raft slab at the lowest level.
  • Eco-roof terraces, recessed decks, and flying beam features at the penthouse level increase the complexity of this building beyond simple office tower construction making waterproofing and air barrier transitioning a challenge.
