RDH was retained by the architects to review design of the building enclosure which included:
- Unitized and stick-built curtain walls.
- Thin, prestressed precast concrete panels.
- Large eco-roof.
- Balconies and decks.
- This LEED Silver building features a complex arrangement of deck types and assemblies with challenging air barrier continuity conditions.
- RDH was also retained by the developer to produce a maintenance manual.
- RDH subsequently performed a warranty review for the Homeowners Association.
