- RDH reviewed the design of this new building’s enclosure and provided field review during construction.
- This concrete-framed community centre includes various wall assemblies, such as metal panel, cedar siding, masonry veneer, and architectural concrete.
- The windows are either aluminum curtain wall, strip windows, or punch windows.
- The roof, featuring a large skylight bisecting it lengthwise, is a conventional assembly with PVC membrane.
- The below-grade music room is fully tanked in bentonite waterproofing.
- The project was designed to a LEED Gold rating.
