- The project also includes a historic building, the Ladd Carriage House that was moved from site and reinstated near the end of construction.

- Field services included a plant quality control review where a manufacturing defect was found, corrected, and a remedial detail was developed for the few units already completed. Corrections were implemented in the plant so that field modifications were not required.
