- 5-storey building is clad predominantly with EIFS, with isolated areas of metal panel.
- RDH completed an assessment of the building enclosure assemblies as a follow-up and second opinion to another consultant’s previous work.
- RDH's work confirmed the need for comprehensive repairs to address failing exterior wall assembly components, in particular the EIFS cladding required replacement.
