- Comprehensive rehabilitation of tower walls, windows and doors, and roof/deck membranes. Some of the work was targeted in nature, in order to utilize the existing wall (including the exposed concrete walls) and waterproofing assemblies where feasible.
- Steel stud framing upgrade.
- New rainscreen stucco wall assembly.
- New high-performance windows and doors.
- Roof deck membrane replacement.
- Full conventional enclosure scaffold system spanning over lagoon.
- Currently assisting the owners with an overall maintenance and renewals program for the entire complex, with specific focus on the wood-framed buildings that surround the rehabilitated tower.
