- Rainscreen stucco and rainscreen EIFS wall assemblies.
- The rainscreen stucco cladding is supported by a metal Z-girt system, which is thermally separated from the building to reduce thermal bridging.
- During construction, used a “two-sail” hoarding system, which allowed for easier and faster removal and reinstallation of the scaffold netting during periods of winter heating.
- Two towers were completed as separate concurrent projects, allowing for a reduced overall schedule.
- Installation of large fabric canopies at the penthouse levels of the buildings was challenging as the materials and trades could not mobilize until the scaffolding was removed.
