- RDH has worked on this building through several phases by working with three different clients.
- RDH was retained by Carroll Aspen to review the design and installation of the brick masonry and metal panel wall areas.
- RDH was subsequently retained by Howard S. Wright Construction Co. in 2005 to complete a maintenance manual of the building enclosure.
- Work for the Homeowners Association has more recently included maintenance manual updates and reserve study reconciliation with annual updates, as well as ongoing building enclosure consulting services.
