- The co-op members had endeavoured to produce its own capital plan, which had subsequently been deemed inadequate by CMHC.
- RDH evaluated the common areas and accessed a sample of 10% of the suites.
- The co-op was provided with a revised and updated capital plan as well as copies of historical and reference documents to be used as baseline database of information.
- Different funding models to demonstrate the impact of alternative funding levels on the co-op’s cash flow over a 20-year planning horizon were also provided.
- The co-op received approval from CMHC for the revised capital plan, which was found to be in compliant with the requirements for replacement reserve studies.
- The co-op concluded its fiscal year with a new set of planning and budgeting tools.
