  • Size: 19 buildings
  • Use/Occupancy: Mixed-used facility
  • Constructed between the 1930s and early 2000s.
  • An aging infrastructure that was inconsistently maintained over the years.
  • The client was provided a Facility Condition Index (FCI) for each building.
  • All reports were submitted in tabular format so that the data could be exported by the client into a customized software and database system for ongoing condition monitoring and data analysis purposes.
  • The client tendered competitive bids for structural and enclosure repairs to some of the buildings.
  • The client commissioned additional studies relating to other facets of the Island infrastructure and continued analysis of the data.
  • The client embarked upon a program of establishing the necessary in-house skills to tackle the backlog of deferred maintenance and upcoming renewal projects.
