Argon or other insulating glazing unit (IGU) gas fill percentage can be quickly and non-destructively tested using a device developed by Sparklike. The device arcs a spark across the IGU and measures the gas fill content using spectrometry. It is a useful tool for verifying the quality control of Argon-filled IGUs.
