Infrared Camera

The infrared camera is used to measure surface temperatures and is a useful visual diagnostic tool to identify air barrier discontinuities, thermal bridges, deficiencies in insulation placement, or to locate concealed moisture within roof and wall assemblies. Anomalies identified with the infrared camera are often not visible to the naked eye. RDH has a team of staff trained and certified by the Infrared Training Center (ITC).
