The borescope is an optical device used to inspect an inaccessible space. This tool allows for concealed spaces within an assembly to be inspected through very small openings into the assembly. It can be linked to a camera for video documentation. A common use for this device is to review walls such as bathroom surrounds for signs of leakage or condensation within the wall cavity.
