All projects are led by a company Principal. However, one of the advantages of RDH is that expertise can be brought to bear on particular project issues through the input of other senior staff. We have the depth of expertise to address all aspects of the building enclosure in detail. This means understanding of the behaviour of assemblies, components, and materials as well as the construction and design-related issues that will impact on performance.

Many RDH staff have master’s degrees focusing on specific aspects of the building enclosure performance. In addition, RDH staff have been very active in conducting practical industry research and writing guideline documents encompassing all aspects of the building enclosure.
