In the wake of the leaky condominium disaster, RDH played a major role in restoring confidence in the design and construction industry. Our guideline publications resulted in systemic improvements and consistency in the industry. Our involvement with condominium owner groups during rehabilitation has returned control to the owners. Lastly, our ongoing commitment to education initiatives has increased the general level of knowledge of all stakeholders.
