Currently, RDH has more than 90 employees, all of whom are devoted to building science and related areas of practice.
Our engineers and architects have a wide variety of formal training—including building science, structural engineering, and materials and mechanical engineering.
Our project and construction managers are experienced in the implementation of both new and retrofit building enclosure construction for multi-unit residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
Almost all of our technologists have a diploma from the highly regarded British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) building science program. In fact, many of them finished at the top of their class.
