Sean is a senior building science specialist who has worked for nearly 20 years on projects in British Columbia, Washington State, and Ontario. He has extensive experience in building enclosure rehabilitation, as well as the design of building enclosures for new construction projects. He has accumulated widespread knowledge with a diverse range of exterior claddings as well as other building components such as windows (e.g. curtain wall, window wall), sealants, roofing, and waterproofing. Besides the diagnosis, design, and rehabilitation of building enclosures, he has provided litigation support on a variety of construction-related claims.
