Ariel manages our Portland office and has focused his career in the investigation and design of building enclosures. His experience ranges geographically to the east and west coasts; and includes buildings of all types, new and old, from residential to high-rise commercial.
Ariel has experience with a range of building enclosure systems and has significant experience in the investigation and remediation of early-mid century masonry structures.
Ariel leads numerous new construction consulting, investigations, and remedial repair projects. He is regularly called upon as an expert to support litigation. More recently, he has been retained by the mediator to advise the court regarding the technical matters.
