David directs the building asset management services (BAMS) provided by RDH. He has experience in the fields of project management, property management, asset management, and maintenance management for both low-rise and high-rise construction in the residential and commercial sectors.
David has prepared reserve fund studies for developers and property owners in Canada and the U.S. He has also managed the preparation of hundreds of maintenance plans for newly constructed buildings and existing buildings.
Large portfolio clients such as Metro Vancouver (GVRD) and the City of New Westminster have also benefited from David’s expertise. He has led a team examining all building system for their complex of facilities.
