Serge plays a key role in leading large new construction projects both in Vancouver and in Portland. In renovation projects varying from window replacements to seismic upgrades, Serge acts as Architect and Prime Consultant responsible for the coordination of all sub-consultants. In addition, Serge manages many building envelope rehabilitation projects and also provides litigation support and expert reports for premature envelope failures.
Serge is a registered architect with over 30 years of practical experience. His Certified Professional (CP) background means that he has specialized knowledge of the local building codes. Serge has also utilized his professional knowledge in lecturing and presenting at various seminars and workshops.
