Warren provides advanced skills in the design and field review of new construction projects; as well as the investigation, construction review, and rehabilitation of existing buildings. He also provides litigation support for the premature failure of building enclosures.
Warren is involved in developing new design strategies to reduce the energy consumption and environmental impacts of new and existing buildings. He has also contributed to several policy, guideline, and research initiatives.
He manages our Vancouver office.
