Currently, RDH has approximately 110 employees, all of whom are devoted to building science, building asset management consulting, and related areas of practice.  We bring a unique combination of expertise to our projects.

Our engineers and architects have a wide variety of formal training—including building science, structural engineering, and mechanical engineering.

Our project and construction managers are experienced in the implementation of both new and retrofit building enclosure construction for multi-unit residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.

Our certified Professional Reserve Analyst (PRA) has an unrivaled depth of understanding of the physical, financial planning, and governance issues involved in preparing residential reserve studies (known as depreciation reports in BC) through to multi-system facility condition assessments for large organizations.
